Dartmouth Partners are working closely with a Private Equity backed, $130M revenue, professional services organization based in Washington, DC. Seeking a CFO to support the current Private Equity lifecycle and future exit, working closely with the CEO, management team and PE firm to deliver best results. This role requires an individual to be based in or around Washington, DC.

The organization is seeking CFO's with proven Private Equity experience within high-growth environments, ideally those with strong M&A experience.

Exciting opportunity to join a firm with a sharp focus on their expansion and EBITDA growth, highly strategic CFO position and working closely with an excellent CEO.

Responsibilities

• MUST be in a CFO or SVP Finance role currently
• Collaboration with CEO to drive growth and strategy
• Proven ability to complete M&A/inorganic growth
• Timely reporting and interaction with PE firm
• Solid financial reporting with an opportunity to change and optimize processes
• Data-driven KPI and FP&A processes
• Oversight over month-end and year-end duties
• Cash flow reporting
• Business Partnering with other leaders within the org structure to enhance current initiatives (Sales/Marketing/Operations)
• Organize operational efficiencies and changes
• Work with the Private Equity investor to understand revised growth expectations and align on strategy

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
