$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Job responsibilities

• Supports clients on complex projects of varying size and scope.
• Proactively manages project-related risks/issues.
• Facilitates communication with project stakeholders, tracking and following up on action items to facilitate project delivery.
• Assists with weekly project meetings.
• Coordinates contractor RFPs and bid-leveling evaluations.
• Maintains accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
• Interacts with contractors, subcontractors and associated technical resources.
• Prepares/updates project status reports, updates tracking reports and maintains documentation for due diligence and financials.

Education and experience

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree; Architecture, Business, Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• At least one prior years' experience in commercial construction, project management, and/or real estate services.
• Healthcare, retail, condominium and/or multifamily project experience is preferred.
