- 10+ years of related work experience with at least 5 years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
- Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
- Advanced strategic and business acumen with strong communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry, products, and pricing strategies

- Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations preferred
