What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the voice of results for personal lines auto and property products, communicating performance and strategy to internal and external partners
- Deliver effective presentations and prepare materials for executive meetings to facilitate key business decisions
- Proactively assess market risks and opportunities, using data insights to influence executive leadership decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Actuarial, and Finance to achieve organizational goals
- Lead complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of analytical experience in a related industry, with a preference for multi-functional experience
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience, capable of coaching and guiding staff
- Advanced skills in research, statistical analysis, data visualization, and the ability to use data to inspire action
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), CPCU certification, or Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS) preferred
- Experience in budget forecasting and change management
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams
- Active participation in shaping company culture through mentorship and community involvement
- Willingness to travel for team meetings and relationship-building opportunities
