Are you ready to take ownership of a mission-critical cloud environment serving the public sector? A high-growth cybersecurity company is looking for a Principal Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join its elite infrastructure team supporting a FedRAMP-compliant AWS GovCloud deployment.

In this role, you'll drive automation, observability, and operational excellence across a secure and scalable infrastructure. You'll collaborate with security, DevOps, product, and federal stakeholders to ensure high availability, compliance, and resilience in a sensitive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and optimize a production-grade AWS GovCloud environment
• Implement security controls aligned with FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 standards
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead incident response, performance tuning, and release orchestration
• Own system reliability and monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Serve as a technical lead on rollout strategies, on-call response, and post-mortems

What You'll Bring:

• 6–8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and cloud-native observability
• Solid background in FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 compliance and cloud security
• Strong scripting (Python/Bash), troubleshooting, and automation mindset
• A proactive, autonomous mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts
