ROM Loader Operators - FIFO 2:1 | Rio Tinto Sites

CEM Alliance is ramping up, and we're on the lookout for experienced ROM Loader Operators to support crushing operations across Rio Tinto sites in WA. If you've got a strong background in a crushing environment and know your way around CAT loaders, we want to hear from you.

The Role:
You'll be operating CAT 980 and CAT 988 loaders, playing a key role in daily production - safely moving, loading, and stockpiling material to meet site targets and keep operations running smoothly.

Work as part of a tight-knit, professional team where safety, efficiency, and collaboration are top priority.

Responsibilities:

• Feed ROM crushing plant and manage ROM stockpiles
• Complete pre-starts and maintain equipment to site standards
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational protocols
• Contribute to production targets by supporting general site duties as required

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating Front-End Loaders (CAT 980/988) in a production or crushing environment
• Valid Driver's Licence
• White Card
• Nationally recognised Loader ticket (highly desirable)
• Rio Tinto Inducted (highly desirable)
• Able to provide a valid National Police Clearance
• Strong safety mindset and positive team attitude
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
