The Community Services and Warehouse Specialist works within a team to provide services and assist in daily operations of the Family Resource Center, including the food pantry, emergency services, life skills classes, and seasonal events. Incumbent follows the policies and procedures for the Family Resources Center under the direction of the Program Manager. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree or higher with work experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: - Knowledge of/willing to learn Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Client Management systems - Knowledge of social services and local resources preferred - Proficiency in typing, data entry, and organization - Empathize with and advocate for a vulnerable population, maintain confidential personal information - Willing to cross-train and fill-in as needed in other TSA programs - Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision - Must be at least 21 years of age - Must posse...Warehouse Specialist, Warehouse, Program Manager, Specialist, Operations, Service, Manufacturing, Retail
