Assist the Program Manager as needed. Provide temporary shelter, care, compassion, meals, and supervision for up to six Washington State Foster Care youth (10-17 years) and emerging adults (18-20 years) in emergency placement situations for a maximum of 30 days while awaiting placement. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field OR five years of successful related experience (need High School Diploma or GED) One or more years of supervisory experience, preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 21 years of age Proficient in typing, organizing and filing Have some working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software Self-motivated and work with a minimum of supervision Maintain confidentiality with personal information Preferably have knowledge/experience of customer service, social services and local resources Valid Driver's License with clear driving record Successfully complete TSA Driver Training HIPAA Training Excellent wri...Program Manager, Manager, Program, Assistant, Training, Retail, Administrative, Staff
