Salary: $80K - $88K

Overview

We're seeking an experienced and motivated RCM Supervisor to join our growing team. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings deep Revenue Cycle expertise, and has a strong command of hospital billing systems. You'll lead a domestic team responsible for reviewing, prioritizing, and executing daily RCM workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting client deliverables through bi-weekly data-driven meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage worklists from leadership; assign tasks and oversee execution
  • Review team output, resolve escalations, and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Lead daily communication and performance management check-ins with team members
  • Participate in bi-weekly client meetings to present data, performance metrics, and updates
  • Navigate EPIC and Cerner systems to review workflows and support issue resolution
  • Provide mentorship and coding feedback to team members
  • Act as a go-to resource for claims troubleshooting and complex problem solving
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Several years of hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Deep understanding of hospital billing workflows
  • Background in Charge Description Master (CDM) - especially helpful for hospital clients
  • Working knowledge of medical coding to provide team feedback
  • Proven supervisory or team lead experience
  • EMR experience: EPIC and Cerner
  • Strong understanding of Medicare billing and compliance
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with Meditech Expanse
  • Familiarity with Critical Access Hospitals (CAH)
