Location: Aero Center Felts Field - 6095 E Rutter Ave, Spokane, WA 99212
Hours: Full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed
Reports To: Operations Supervisor - Felts Field

Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for pilots, passengers, and visitors. You'll provide outstanding service by coordinating ground support, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate aircraft services including fueling, hangar space, and ground transportation
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage reservations
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with line service and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Assist with concierge services such as hotel bookings, catering, and rental car arrangements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Support special events and VIP arrivals as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience (aviation experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license required

• Competitive hourly wage ($17.00-$21.00/hour depending on experience)
