Full-Time Friday-Tuesday, 7am-3pm
Responsibilities
Implements all consumer Individual Service Plans
Prepares screening, intake and orientation of potential and new residents
Performs Case Management services
Attends all appropriate inter-agency meetings
Completes chart reviews as required
Develops and provides on-going staff training
Ensures agency compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations
Possess a genuine interest in and concern for the consumers
Provides continuous training for residents and staff regarding mental health and residents' rights issues
Pursues continuing education for professional growth
Perform all other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
Current First Aid and CPR card (can obtain on hire)
Have completed a recent Blood borne Pathogen training within the last year
Two years' related work experience in a mental health capacity with case management duties
Master's Degree in related field (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, etc.)
Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
