Full-Time Friday-Tuesday, 7am-3pm

Responsibilities

  • Implements all consumer Individual Service Plans
  • Prepares screening, intake and orientation of potential and new residents
  • Performs Case Management services
  • Attends all appropriate inter-agency meetings
  • Completes chart reviews as required
  • Develops and provides on-going staff training
  • Ensures agency compliance with all Federal, State and local regulations
  • Possess a genuine interest in and concern for the consumers
  • Provides continuous training for residents and staff regarding mental health and residents' rights issues
  • Pursues continuing education for professional growth
  • Perform all other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR card (can obtain on hire)
  • Have completed a recent Blood borne Pathogen training within the last year
  • Two years' related work experience in a mental health capacity with case management duties
  • Master's Degree in related field (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, etc.)

Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
