The Outreach Specialist is responsible for engaging with community members, partners, and organizations to increase awareness of and participation in the IRCs programs. This role plays a critical part in client recruitment and ensuring a seamless referral process into appropriate services. The Outreach Specialist will develop and implement outreach strategies, manage relationships with community partners, and serve as a point of contact for potential participants and referring entities. Working with internal teams, the Outreach Specialist will ensure that individuals referred into the organization are connected to the services that best meet their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, cultural humility, and a deep commitment to serving diverse and often vulnerable populations.
