Pay is 90K-120K DOE

What You'll Do

· Lead day-to-day business operations with energy, clarity, and care

· Oversee and support multiple teams—production, logistics, and sales

· Recruit, onboard, and develop great people; champion a culture of growth and accountability

· Hire and train people

· Identify and implement operational improvements across systems and workflows

· Maintain quality standards, inventory processes, and customer satisfaction

· Track performance metrics and forecasts
