Distinguished Technical Product Manager

Our Marketing division is committed to establishing enduring connections with both travelers and partners. As a Distinguished Product Manager/Sr. Director of Product, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap execution to deliver on and grow our top line & improve the bottom line through our marketing technology.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish key organizational performance indicators and metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness and drive business results across the organization.

  • Translate insights into action across the organization and industry.

  • Consistently demonstrate outstanding judgment in evaluating trade-offs and making difficult business decisions.

  • P for cross-company collaboration with user research, and ensure learning from past experiences/market cycles is applied to new development.

  • Establish, implement and refine product development lifecycle processes and application for organization/team to increase efficiency and improve best practices.

  • Connect the vision, strategy and priorities across brands with effective storytelling and communication skills.

  • Influence stakeholders and gain buy-in from senior leaders to implement significant system changes that deliver material customer and business value; expertly anticipate potential dependencies, interconnections and/or conflicts of interest.

  • Maintain budget & forecasting, planning, as measured against the strategy and financial plan.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Execution-oriented product leader with deep experience and expertise in large scale consumer or marketplace product management, and capable of driving high-impact initiatives that deliver meaningful business results.

  • Takes a whole systems approach to analyze business issues and implements holistic solutions, ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made.

  • Expert knowledge of the product development lifecycle from idea generation to bringing a product to market and capturing feedback loops for iteration.

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment, with a strong bias for action.

  • Able to build and articulate a vision and translating it into an executable strategy, leading with data and insights.

  • Skilled thought-leader, confident and successful at influencing others to act

  • Natural bar-raiser: curious and passionate, with a desire to continuously learn more, which you use to understand basic business operations and the organizational levers that drive profitable growth.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $296,000.00 to $414,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $473,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
