Engineering Administrative Associate at United Rentals, you will provide a variety of support services to the Engineering Department. Youll be responsible for implementing engineering policies and procedures. You will also organize and coordinate engineering workflow, and assist engineering staff with the completion of production documents, which in doing so, helps drive profitable engineering revenue for the Company. What you'll do:Provide support to the Engineering Department when creating shoring, shielding, and other structural support systems for site-specific trench and excavation projects. Assist with producing pricing quotations and formal written proposals for design projects. Receive incoming Excavation Shoring Questionnaires & check information for accuracy & completeness. Work with Engineers to draft formal site specific proposals. Receive engineering design requests from Branches & distribute to Engineers.
