Position
Service Coordinator

Description

Service Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support that NWHS Service Department's daily operations.

• Order Entry
• Invoicing
• Time card Entry
• Dispatches Service Technicians
• Incoming Customer Calls
• Generates Reports for Management

Compensation: Starting at $25/HR DOE

Full Benefits include 401(k), Medical, Dental, Voluntary Life and Short Term Disability, and Flex Plan.

Position Requirements

Successful candidates should possess strong organizational and priority management skills, computer experience, and the ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload.

Industry experience preferred.

-Order entry/management experience
-Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload
-Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
-A team player
-Have a commitment to outstanding customer service
-Excellent communication skills

Additional Skills a plus:

-Working knowledge of the material handling industry
-Working knowledge of a Unix based operating system for order entry/management

HS/GED preferred.
