Join our Asset Maintenance team supporting Grid Hardening and make a meaningful impact for Avista's customers through upgrades of our electrical distribution system to strengthen reliability and reduce wildfire risk. As a Grid Hardening Customer Project Coordinator, you'll be part of a highly collaborative team. Key responsibilities include designing and coordinating solutions to upgrade existing infrastructure, including overhead and underground utility work, concentrating on high fire risk areas, proactively reaching out to customers, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues. This role requires strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Must have the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
