As a Behavioral Technician, you will responsible for implementing psychological, behavioral, and crisis intervention services. Additionally, you will provide modeling, coaching, and consultation with members of the consultation team. Some of what you'll do Provide behavioral support services to BHHA clients who participate in the State Operated Living Alternative (SOLA) Program. Collect behavioral and other relevant data for inclusion in functional behavior assessments of clients. Implement strategies for clients to decrease aggressive, destructive, and inappropriate behaviors that compromise their ability to remain in the community. Provide support directly to clients.
