As a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent), youll work at our local Best Buy store to provide technology support and repair customers computers and other devices. Youll provide excellent customer experiences by listening to their needs and partnering with other Geek Squad Agents. Youll perform repairs by troubleshooting and following our procedures. Perform diagnostic discoveries, make recommendations, repair devices and help customers both in-person and over the phone. Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
