As a Delivery Driver Be the Face of Our Brand to our customers for in-home and on-site furniture delivery and assembly. Included and not limited to: Deliver exceptional customer service and experience. Act as the Brand Ambassador while on the road and during deliveries for Scandinavian Designs | Dania Furniture. Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service while delivering high-quality products to our customers' homes and businesses. Be proactive to bring solutions including furniture assembly or repairs and other added value services as needed. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Drive large box trucks safely and courteously, follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Maintain a timely delivery schedule, contacting customers via phone, email, and text to confirm delivery details. Inspect delivery vehicles pre and post trip and as directed to ensure all vehicles are in top condition.
