If you'reorganized, dependable, and ready to make a real impact, we want you on our team!Make your next move count-join a company that values your leadership and work ethic!Schedule: Monday - Friday (with the occasional nights & weekend work)Wage Range: $19.05 - $24.21 per hourThis position is located in the Cheney/Four Lakes Area on Westbow RdJob Responsibilities:* Supervise and support janitorial staff to ensure quality performance and task completion* Assign daily duties, manage schedules, and ensure appropriate coverage* Provide training and ongoing guidance to team members* Conduct performance evaluations and give constructive feedbackREQUIREMENTS:*

  • MUST HAVE Reliable personal transportation, as public buses do not run during some shifts* Must be able to pass a criminal background check* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis* Must be able to twist, bend, and squat for an extended period of time* Must be 18 years of age or olderWhat kind of Benefits are offered for Full-Time?
