A dynamic energy company is looking for an EPC Renewable Energy Counsel to manage legal aspects of renewable infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary legal advisor for U.S. operations, with a focus on EPC negotiation and execution.

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of key project and financing agreements, including EPC contracts, PPAs, land use documents, tax equity and debt financing agreements.
• Provide strategic legal support on EPC risk allocation, contract structuring, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance across all U.S. entities.
• Oversee outside counsel engagement and manage U.S. legal budgets.
• Collaborate closely with global legal colleagues and cross-functional teams including development, engineering, finance, and construction.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state
• 5–7+ years of legal experience, ideally in renewables, energy, or infrastructure
• Proven expertise in renewable energy EPC agreements
• Strong judgment, business orientation, and ability to work independently
