Position Responsibilities:

  • Completes the hiring, onboarding, annual reviews, schedule, timesheet and PTO approval, training, discipline and coaching of Clinical Staff.
  • Oversees clinical staffing matters, including training, development, and engagement.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates goals and activities to execute day to day operations of the clinical teams.
  • Responsible for clinic flow and cohesiveness of clinical departments.
  • Creates and ensures compliance with clinical policies and procedures to promote safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Assesses, monitors, and educates all clinical staff on standards of patient care, instituting emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Analyzes and implements strategies to improve job satisfaction, job retention and morale of clinical team members.
  • Liaison between clinical team members and administrative team.
  • Performs limited hands-on clinical duties (there may be clinical responsibilities when the unit is short-staffed).
  • Participates in collaboration and leadership throughout the clinic.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, licensure in Nursing or relevant field required.
  • CPR/BLS certification, required upon hire.
