Schedule: Monday - Friday (with the occasional nights & weekend work)
Wage Range: $19.05 - $24.21 per hour
This position is located in the Cheney/Four Lakes Area on Westbow Rd
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support janitorial staff to ensure quality performance and task completion
- Assign daily duties, manage schedules, and ensure appropriate coverage
- Provide training and ongoing guidance to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and give constructive feedback
REQUIREMENTS: -
- MUST HAVE Reliable personal transportation, as public buses do not run during some shifts
- Must have at least 3+ months of Janitorial experience
- Must have at least 6+ months of supervisor/management experience
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to twist, bend, and squat for an extended period of time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
