We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager Master to lead complex projects and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery aligned with our organization's mission and strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive project success and foster positive stakeholder engagement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex projects from cradle to grave, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
  • Develop and implement project management and stakeholder engagement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee and provide support in the hiring and interviewing process to select candidates with appropriate skills. Ensure the team maintains and develops skill sets to support project goals.
  • Monitor and track team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to meet performance goals.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, government regulations, and company standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desired.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members effectively.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive team success.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

  • The pay range for this position varies based on geographic location to reflect local market conditions.
  • Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
