Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations and financial success of properties in your portfolio, ensuring compliance with management agreements and company policies.
• Assist Senior Property Managers in managing and operating property portfolios.
• Serve as the main contact for tenant issues and service concerns, conducting regular property visits.
• Manage building mechanical systems and oversee vendor contracts and service bids.
• Develop and oversee budgets, review invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Supervise vendors and staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure maintenance and safety standards.
• Review lease compliance, handle tenant relations, and arbitrate disputes.
• Inspect properties periodically and develop maintenance programs.
• Support leasing and sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial property management or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's or AA Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
