Location:

Spokane, WA

Duties:

Handle a range of civil litigation matters from inception through trial

Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts

Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial briefs

Develop litigation strategies and manage discovery

Represent clients in court proceedings, including jury trials

Collaborate with legal team on case strategy, preparation, and client updates

Participate in the development and expansion of the firm's trial practice

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in civil litigation

Trial and deposition experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Demonstrated interest in building a litigation and trial-focused legal career

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

Active license and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

Skills:

Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills

Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presence

Effective time management and task prioritization
