Summary:
The Team Member Support Specialist within the GoodLife program will provide resources & referrals to Team Members (TMs - Goodwill employees) to build independence & promote stability in the workplace & their personal lives. Provide assistance to TMs through direct & indirect service support & referral to partner & community agencies. Must pass background & driver record check.
Education &/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years case management, navigator, or mentor experience &/or training, Health Care Authority Certified Peer Specialist (or able to obtain within 90 days of employment), or equivalent combination of education & experience.
