Schedule: Monday - Friday (with the occasional nights & weekend work) Wage Range: $19.05 - $24.21 per hour This position is located in the Cheney/Four Lakes Area on Westbow Rd

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support janitorial staff to ensure quality performance and task completion
• Assign daily duties, manage schedules, and ensure appropriate coverage
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and give constructive feedback

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Reliable personal transportation, as public buses do not run during some shifts
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Must be able to twist, bend, and squat for an extended period of time
• Must be 18 years of age or older
