As a Farm and Ranch Asset Manager within our Specialty Asset Management Group, you'll oversee agricultural properties held in client trust and agency accounts. This role involves managing farmland as a landowner would; securing tenants, collecting rents, handling land related expenses, and ensuring annual income generation. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with farm tenants, landowners and internal stakeholders, including close collaboration with our Trust team to support estate planning strategies specific to farmland ownership. Additionally, you'll contribute to business development efforts, helping expand our farm and ranch services throughout the region. Basic Qualifications- One to three years of experience in asset management and/or property management, or specifically Farm and Ranch asset management.
