$185,000/year

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting principles
• Drive financial and operational strategies
• Communicate with IRS and regulatory agencies
• Review financial statements and budgets
• Maintain cash flow forecasts
• Plan distributions, capital needs, and contributions
• Review general ledger entries
• Develop team members' strengths
• Understand revenue, taxes, and finance structures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years managing teams
• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred
• Proven ability to drive executive decisions
• In-house corporate accounting experience
• Experience with tax preparation for partnerships and corporations
• Integrity and discretion
• Leadership, business acumen, and adaptability
• Willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per policy
