CLASS SUMMARY The HR Training Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources team with a primary focus on training and development. This position supports the City of Spokanes mission while also assisting with general HR functions as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, developing, and implementing human resources training and development programs across an organization.
