Job Details

Develops and executes on the overall strategy and direction project management team in alignment with Enterprise Project Management Office. Contributes to the leadership team in maturing the EPMO. Responsible for project management development and execution, including oversight of development, maintenance and enforcement of established project management processes, documentation and financial analysis protocols. Develops and implements work plans, standard operating procedures, program improvements, and best practices; responsible for instituting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Develops and maintains effective relationships across Avista and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective collaboration across disciplines, including external stakeholders where appropriate.
