Carpenter

This position involves utilizing carpentry skills to complete remodeling and ground-up commercial projects. The role primarily focuses on finish carpentry and some framing, along with site cleanup and light demo work. Opportunities exist for both lead and general carpentry positions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize carpentry skills to complete commercial remodel projects.
• Perform finish carpentry and framing tasks.
• Manage site cleanup and conduct light demo work.
• Operate general carpentry tools such as hammers, tape measures, squares, drills, and hand saws.
• Lead and run a small crew if in a lead carpentry position.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in construction.
• Proficiency in all phases of construction, including light demo, framing, and finish work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
