Eastern Washington University is currently recruiting for a Food Services Supervisor 1. This position supervises food service employees in our Dining Services operations, special events, or catering locations. The position is responsible for food service production in a large scale production kitchen. Duties include scheduling and managing food service staff, Participation in all aspects of food production and service of food, Cash handling, cleaning/sanitation, and customer service. This position will assist in training new staff and teaching food service techniques and processes. The selected candidate may receive off campus training to meet franchise certifications and must be able to meet all EWU franchise uniform requirements and personal hygiene standards.
