Assist with the flow of merchandise within the E-Commerce department. Pull and shelve orders, ship merchandise utilizing proper shipping standards for appropriate shipping carrier, and track packages online. Maintain up-to-date website knowledge of Shop. Goodwill/ E-Books and its processes. Provide record-keeping services and maintain applicable paperwork. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area. Must pass a background check.n. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:nn. Provide excellent customer service.n. Must demonstrate willingness and ability to adhere to Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest directives, rules, policies, procedures, and departmental and organizational standards.n. Acquire orders to be pulled for shipping from Shop. Goodwill/ E-Books.n. Ship sold merchandise following current shipping vendor or other carriers' requirements and procedures as directed.n.
