Description:

As a Production Team Member, you will:* Work in a modern production space with cutting edge equipment and amenities* Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environment* Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices* Operate mobile equipment and cranes* Work around suspended loads and high- tension strand* Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms* Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed* Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are criticalPosition is considered Safety Sensitive: Work is performed in and industrial environment with large equipment and suspended loads.We have a transparent Pay for Skills program that clearly defines the skills needed to progress and increase your pay.
