Veterinary Customer Service Representative -- Join Our Busy & Fun Practice!

We are a busy, multi-veterinarian hospital with a culture built on teamwork, learning, and positivity. Our customer service representatives aren't just answering phones -- they are the heart of the practice, supporting our medical team and creating an exceptional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and online requests with efficiency
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow for a busy practice
- Assist clients with check-ins, check-outs and payments
- Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and resources
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and assistants to keep the day running smoothly
- Be part of a team that values continous learning and mutual support
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude, and love for both pets and people
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A team player who enjoys helping others succeed
- Previous veterinary or customer service experience a plus (but we're excited to train the right person)
