Business Development Director

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management, preferably in tech or engineering services.
• Up to 40% of travel may be required between locations.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Background checks are required.

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning services with client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering project teams to meet client expectations.
• Work with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and AC's value proposition.
• Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Networking through events, conferences, and trade shows.
