Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator I to join the Materials team! Under the direction of the Materials Management Supervisor, the Procurement Coordinator will assist with ordering, receiving, dispersal, shipping, and supply chain coordination/support. Coordinate order management facility-wide. Order and stock supplies for various departments with strong emphasis on surgical services department. Works with the technicians to coordinate stock movement. Assists team with rotating stock, monitoring levels, and monitoring product expirations. The Procurement Coordinator will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance while maintaining the confidentiality of the Hospital, patients, and employees as appropriate. Works under stress and in situations that demand patience and tact while providing impeccable service. Other duties as assigned.
