Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician. Fairchild AFB, Spokane, WA - This position works under the general supervision of the Maintenance Specialist 4 and is a fully qualified HVAC Technician responsible for performing journey level maintenance work required to accomplish all phases of building maintenance and construction work.
