Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their real estate objectives and preferences.
• Perform comprehensive market research to identify suitable properties and stay informed about industry developments.
• Support clients in negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
• Draft and review contracts, ensuring full compliance with legal standards.
• Stay current with changes in real estate laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry partners.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in real estate or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
• A valid real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our 90 Day New Agent Training program
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
