Oversee the athletic training team by managing schedules to optimize the use of Shriners Children's and school district resources, while ensuring sports coverage is appropriately prioritized. Oversee the operation of healthy athletic training rooms/facilities that are professional, clean, safe and welcoming for all student athletes. Work closely with Directors to develop, monitor, and maintain a comprehensive program to maximize the health and safety of all student athletes. Coach and mentor staff and students, providing real-time feedback and assessments, proactively addressing issues and identifying resources and solutions. Manages day-to-day operations of the athletic training team and collaborates with other SCH departments regarding student athletes and patients.
