As a key leader within the Treasury Liquidity and Exposure Management team, you will support Treasury matters involving global internal liquidity and funding initiatives to support the company's operations including cash distributions and investments across subsidiaries in partnership with global tax, legal local finance. Support, as needed, initiatives and processes with the other Treasury functions around debt and capital market strategies, investment management and cash operations.

What you will do
Oversee affiliate funding and capital structures, ensuring compliance with overseas requirements and recommending changes to maintain efficient internal funding.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Tax teams on entity funding, repatriation, acquisitions, and transaction documentation.
Manage the intercompany loan portfolio, including interest rate settings, settlements, performance reviews, and new loan identification.
Analyze entity cash generation and funding needs to guide allocation of excess cash and investment strategies.
Lead large cross-border settlements for transfer pricing adjustments and affiliate payments.
Drive process improvements, automation, and documentation updates to strengthen internal controls, transparency, and compliance.
Support Treasury projects such as M&A funding, divestitures, restructurings, disclosures, KPI reporting, and senior management presentations.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as back-up for other Treasury roles as needed.
What you need
Required:
Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field
10+ years of finance, banking, treasury-related experience
Preferred:
MBA and/or CFA
Experience with Treasury Management Systems and HFM/Hyperion
Experience with centralized Treasury function and international transactions/operating activity
$129,600 - $286,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
