Provide technical support to the Airport's hardware, software, network systems, and related field equipment. This includes responsibility for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Regular contact with Airport management, employees, tenants, vendors, and the general public. Work will be performed inside and outside the terminal. Outdoor work may result in exposure to wind, rain, snow, ice and hot/cold temperature extremes. Some exposure to aircraft noise, pollution, and other hazards. Hearing protection provided and required. Schedule may include variable shifts. The position is subject to recall. Equipment operation required: Vehicles, two-way radios, mobile phones, computers and other office equipment.
