What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts
- Oversee and manage various contract types, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize contracting processes and ensure timely renewals
- Serve as a key point of contact for contracting best practices and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate corporate filings and prepare subpoena responses as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree required, preferably in Paralegal/Legal Studies, Law, or Business with a concentration in Law
- Six or more years of contracting experience in a law firm or corporate contracts/legal department
- Notary certification or willingness to obtain
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract structures, legal terminology, and concepts
- Strong critical thinking and cross-functional communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the healthcare or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with contract management systems, preferably LinkSquares
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
