We are seeking an experienced construction industry professional motivated to advance and promote Berkley Alliance Manager's leading-edge risk and practice management consultation and education resources, presentation offerings and delivery, and engagement with policyholders, brokers, potential policyholders, subject matter experts, and industry associations with a focus on construction professional and related risks design-construction risks including those emerging from alternative forms of project delivery such as design-build, IPD, and P3. The strategic goal of tthe Assistant Vice President, Director of Construction Professional Risk Management is to advance BCP's value-added risk management products and services, enhancing BCP's reputation in the marketplace as a top tier CPPL insurer, and to improve the risk profile of BCP insureds.

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:
Base Salary Range: $137,000 $195,000
Eligible to participate in annual discretionary bonus.
