Location: Wichita, Kansas (Remote)

Role Overview

As a Project Manager Division 8, you will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is accounted for from contract review and submittals to purchasing and job completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review contracts and change orders for accuracy

• Provide detailed project breakdowns

• Prepare and submit project submittals (including elevations) to clients

• Update approved submittals with revisions as needed

• Monitor project timelines and purchase products based on schedule needs

• Create and manage change orders in response to customer modifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial doors and hardware (Division 8)

• Comsense experience

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong mathematical aptitude

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $70,000 $90,000 DOE
