About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Field Commissioning and Technical Services to provide strategic global leadership and ensure a high level of service excellence and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer care across the division's operating sites, with a focus on field service, after-market sales, and customer support. This senior leadership role requires a hands-on approach, emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, and a strong customer focus. The VP will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering with other leaders to outline the strategy for customer care and the division as a whole. Essential duties include providing leadership to a diverse and global team, driving customer satisfaction, and profitability, and leading initiatives for process improvement and customer trust programs.

Candidates for the VP of Field Commissioning and Technical Services position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant discipline, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in a global environment, leading engineering or customer care, is required, with at least 8 years' of experience managing multiple manufacturing locations with full customer care P&L responsibility. The role demands a proven track record in driving customer care, experience in leading customer care programs, and in-depth knowledge of equipment automation and robotics. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking, decision quality, and the ability to drive results. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the capacity to function in a complex, global environment and a passion for continuous improvement.
