Senior Vice President Of Msp Sales, Healthcare Staffing - Remote

We are seeking a high-impact sales leader - a true player-coach - to drive new business growth in our client's MSP division while leading and growing a talented team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be expected to personally close high-value MSP deals while building, coaching, and scaling a high-performance sales organization.

What you'll do:

  • Drive New MSP Sales Personally lead and close large, complex MSP deals ($5M$100M+ spend).
  • Player-Coach Leadership Sell directly while managing a sales team dedicated to MSP growth.
  • Pipeline Ownership Take over an active pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and close current deals in motion.
  • GTM Strategy Redesign go-to-market plans, positioning the company's vendor-neutral MSP model (while filling 75%+ internally).
  • Client Expansion Drive cross-sell opportunities across travel, locums, and other staffing lines.
  • Executive Collaboration Work closely with current customers, leveraging strategic relationships to open new doors.
  • Performance Metrics Ensure quota attainment, forecast accuracy, sales velocity, and MSP account growth.

What you need:

  • Proven track record selling MSP in the staffing industry. Must have prospected, pipelined and closed MSP deals.
  • Experience leading sales teams while maintaining personal sales production.
  • Strategic, metrics-driven, and comfortable managing $5M$100M+ spend accounts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to build and scale in a PE-backed growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite with clients and team members.
